At Easy CA Course, we strive to provide high-quality educational content and services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. No Refund After Access
Once the student has:
  • Received login credentials, or
  • Accessed video lectures / study material (online or offline),​
no refund shall be provided under any circumstances, as digital content cannot be returned or revoked.

2. Duplicate / Excess Payment
If a student makes a duplicate payment or excess payment due to technical error:
  • The excess amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days after verification.
3. Course Transfer / Change
  • Fees paid are not transferable to another student.
  • Course change or upgrade may be allowed only at the discretion of Easy CA Course and subject to availability and price difference.
4. Faculty / Content Disclaimer
  • Faculty schedules, content structure, lecture counts, and delivery mode may change as per academic requirements.
  • Such changes do not qualify for a refund.
5. Technical Issues
  • Temporary technical issues (app, website, internet, device-related problems) are not grounds for a refund
  • Our support team will assist to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
6. Refund Mode
  • Approved refunds (if any) will be processed via the original payment method only.
  • Processing time: 7–10 working days.
7. Final Decision
  • The decision of Easy CA Course management regarding refunds shall be final and binding.
